【China】Machine Installation & Local Life

We recently visited China to install one of our tying machines. While working on-site, we also had the chance to discover some interesting aspects of everyday life in China.

At our hotel, we spotted a food delivery robot moving along the hallway on its own! These robots deliver meals directly to hotel guests. Food is placed inside the robot’s storage compartment, and with just a few taps on a touchscreen, it’s ready to make its delivery. As smart technology continues to advance, robots like these are becoming a familiar part of daily life in China, making hotel services more convenient and efficient.

Meanwhile, on the streets, we came across a small mobile barbershop parked by the roadside. A barber was cutting a customer’s hair right there, making clever use of the limited space. It was a charming glimpse into local daily life, showing how flexible and accessible street-side businesses can be.

From the hotel’s food delivery robots to mobile barbershops on the streets, this business trip gave us a fascinating glimpse into the diverse aspects of everyday life in China. While new technologies are becoming part of everyday life, traditional services continue to evolve in flexible and creative ways.

For those of us involved in machinery manufacturing and overseas business, business trips are not just about managing projects and installing machines. They also provide valuable opportunities to better understand local markets and gain insights into the changes taking place in industries and society.

We will continue to visit our customers overseas to provide machine installation and technical support, while actively listening to their needs in each region and striving to offer services that better meet local requirements.
