This August, we visited Indonesia to participate in an open house featuring TOM tying machines.During the event.
we demonstrated our tying machine to local customers and business partners, introducing its key features, performance, and operation. We also had the opportunity to speak directly with customers about their current applications and future equipment needs.Seeing the machine in operation allowed customers to experience its performance and ease of use firsthand. It was also a valuable opportunity for us to better understand their needs and consider how we can further improve our product proposals and support. We will continue to listen closely to customer feedback and use what we learned from this event to provide better products, services, and solutions.
During our trip, we also enjoyed some delicious local Indonesian food.。The photos show some of the dishes we tried, including Nasi Goreng, one of Indonesia’s most well-known dishes, as well as a unique local dessert. Experiencing different flavors and ingredients was a great way to learn more about Indonesia’s food culture.
At the airport, we also saw some beautiful Indonesian-style decorations, which gave us another chance to experience the local culture and atmosphere.
This trip was not only a valuable business opportunity, but also a great chance to strengthen communication and relationships with our local customers. We will continue to value our connections with customers around the world and strive to provide products and services that better meet their needs.
